1)As it stands now, Supreme Court Justices must be approved by the Senate, but not the entire Congress.  Why do you think the Framers of the Constitution excluded the entire Congress from this process?

2)Does Senate approval of Supreme Court Justices remove bias?  Moreover, does this hand power back into the hands of the general public?  Why or why not?
