Read scenario #2 on p. 512 of the text. Discuss the 11 common areas of intercultural misunderstanding on p. 513 of the text and how Margaret Owens might have conducted interviews in such a manner that could have led to finding Japanese reps to market a line of pharmaceuticals in Japan. 

The completed analysis should follow APA format guidelines and is expected to be 5-7 pages in length. The title page, abstract page, and references page are not included in the page count. In addition, include a minimum of four academic resources in addition to the text to support your analysis and recommendations. 

Read "Where to Learn about other Cultures" in chapter 19 beginning on page 515  to identify potential sources of information about other cultures.
