Does anyone know who homeworktutor is? email address [email protected]?

I came on here for help with an assginment.  He was qick to take the 25.00 having me send it to his email paypal account.  Then he said he was making a correction and the work would be sent right over.  Now he won't respond to my emails and I received NO work.  I plan on being on here as much as possible until I get him kicked off.  I don't want this to happen to anyone else.  I'll pay another 25.00 to anyone who can help identify who he his and lets make sure he can't do it anymore.
