What do you do as an employee when you find that the ethical values perpetrated by an institution are not aligned with your own? How might you all handle this? Do you stick with it? Do you fight it and bring it to the top? Do you resign and not participate in their processes? Support with a reference.

How would you sort through a conflict created when the four ethical principles each focus on a different and conflicting action?

As you consider values formation and restructuring in Week 1 it is also important to consider how we develop these and other theories on values and morals development.

Are you all familiar with Kohlberg's stages of moral development? If so, can you give some professional examples of when you found these stages relevant or useful to be aware of? If not, familiarize yourself with them. How can use this knowledge as a health care leader? Support with outside sources.
