Discussion Question

According to the text authors, "whatever the aim of a project, the user's needs, requirements, aspirations and expectations have to be discussed, refined, clarified" from the onset of a project. Think of an example (from work, school, etc) where failing to do this resulted in a failed project. Share your example and explain what should have been done to potentially achieve the desired outcome.
