The assignment was a case analysis where an actual succession, retention, and performance management plan had to be created to address the current issue, i.e. technology causing jobs to become obsolete, as well as loyalty to employees that have had generations work for the organization, and the ability to retain top employer in the community status. The submission failed to directly address any of these points, or create an actual workable plan.
