"Motivating Health Care Professionals" Please respond to the following:

This question is related to Assignment 2, Week 9.

        Recruiting and retaining quality health care professionals, such as nurses and physicians, is a challenge. In a budget environment where there are no funds for salary or benefit increases, this challenge is increased. 

              Provide two suggestions to Management and the Board, as to how you can recruit and retain quality health professionals, such as nurses and physicians, and not spend any additional funds.
