1.      Explain the process of mind mapping. Mind mapping begins with a project name. Develop a “project name” and potential deliverables to go along with the core “project.” Report the project name and the potential deliverables.

2.      Why is it important to have the project team members become involved in the development of the WBS? Provide an example (from your personal experience or otherwise) in which the team was involved in creating the WBS. Was this a success or failure? Explain why or why not.

3.      Compare and contrast the main approaches for developing a WBS. Which approach do you feel is most user-friendly? Explain your answer.

4.      Identify the important factors necessary for a project to have accountability. What impact does this have on the overall project?
