How can differences in two countries or cultures create ethical issues in business?

After completing your assigned reading for the week, prepare to discuss this question by conducting a brief search on the Internet with the phrase "doing business in other cultures" or "countries of the world." Choose the culture of a country that you are not familiar with and study it briefly.

Discuss: How do you think your ethical values or the ethical values of typical US companies might affect the way you or the company does business in that country? (Think sexual discrimination, environmental protection, bribery, etc.) How would the other country's values influence your business practices there? Would there be conflicts or problem areas that might arise, particularly in the area of ethics? Explain.
