The differences between biological, physiological and personality traits are reviewed. One major difference between physiological needs and personality traits is that physiological needs push behavior to perform certain functions, and traits do not. Another difference in motivation behavior is that physiological needs require us to act in order to accomplish the task to live, such as eat or drink. A personality trait motivates behavior to act in the way that relates to the persons personality. It has been stated that physiological needs must be satisfied before personality traits motivate behavior. However, personality traits can affect how people fulfill physiological needs. Can you provide some examples of how personality traits affect how people fulfill physiological needs ?
