One of the most heinous crimes in South Florida's recent history took place on the night of June 18, 2007, at the Dunbar Village housing project. Three men appeared at the door of the victim's apartment with guns and forced themselves inside. According to testimony, the crowd of attackers grew up to 10. The woman was brutally gang raped and her son was forced to have sex with her.
