If more ex-offenders participated in such an endeavor, would it change our recidivism rates? Why or why not? Many business owners feel that by giving jobs to those who have been convicted, you are taking them away from law abiding citizens? Is there truth in that statement? Should there be companies that are required to hire ex-cons? What are the benefits to employers who provide jobs for felons?
