1. Describe and give brief overview of the agency such as the size of community, size of agency, and the agency responsibilities.

3. Explain the advantages and disadvantages of the differing budgets
4. Assess the effects of the differing budgets on the employees, citizens, and external stakeholders affected by budgets and related services
