This module we are taking a look at how we can manage and schedule our project resources. Ensuring we have enough resources when we need them to complete a project is vital to successfully completing a project on time, within budget, and at a high quality. Understanding the triple constraints (time, cost, and scope) can help you better plan your project. Here is a  video which can help us understand these concepts with examples so we have a better understanding of resource management.

Resource constraints can be a huge burden on a project, sometimes causing project issues and/or project failures. Discuss some of the impacts of resource constrained projects and what the project manager can do to understand if there is a potential problem. What can a company and/or a project manager do to help alleviate this problem? Justify your responses.
