Develop your Career Success Strategy. As you learned, a SWOT analysis helps a company formulate a success strategy. You can also perform a personal SWOT analysis and take a look at your personal strengths and weaknesses. This assignment asks you to assess your own strengths and weaknesses and develop a success strategy that will improve your marketability in the workforce.

1. Create a two page paper outlining the strengths and weaknesses of your resume. Take into accounting areas like academic credentials, prior work experience, and required skill sets.
2. Create a personal development plan for your Career Success goals that will help you continue to develop your strengths and address areas of weakness.
3. Your assignment should include correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar usage.
