Can you help me create a cost analysis, and develop a proposal for a company?

I need help creating a cost analysis for Network Consultation Proposal  in a word document which need to be completed by Sept 8 ,2015 bfore 11:59.  Please read the instructions carefully for section1!  Only section 1: Network Consultation Proposal need to be completed for next week.  This Proposal need to include the cost for everything.  My instructor told me that we need to actually do some research so we will know the exact cost.  The section that need to be completed is highlighted in yellow.   You have already completed the Power Point for me.  But, it will need revised because it need to include cost as well.   If you have any further questions, please contat me soon as possible.
