ANSWER

Much concern and, to some extent, hysteria exists on the impact the millennial generation has on the workplace.  Many people cite leadership-followership challenges they create.  One criticism is that they are too wedded to electronic gadgets than to people who work with them. What do you know about generation diversity (from the readings and otherwise) that 21st Century leaders need to know in order to formulate winning strategies to fully utilize the talents this generation is bringing into this globalized workforce?
