The US Supreme Court decided a landmark employment law case. The name of this caseis Wal-Mart v. Dukes. This case involves a class action lawsuit against Wal-Mart foremployment discrimination. The plaintiffs alleged that Wal-Mart engaged in systemicgender discrimination and they were seeking to certify the class and sue on behalf ofmost women who work or worked for Wal-Mart.
