Pretend you are a Japanese god, goddess, or hero. You now find yourself in America in 2012 and must start a business based on your skills to support yourself in today's society. Decide on a business, its name and logo, and then create an advertising campaign for your new business.

Choose two of the following to create:
- a script for a television commercial
- copy for a full-page newspaper or magazine advertisement
- a business card
- the homepage of a website for the business

Students may need to do outside reading/research to learn more about a particular Japanese god or goddess in order to complete this project. A few links have been provided in the sidebar, but students can use general search engines to locate more sources.
