Is anyone really good with poetry?

Choose any song you wish that was written in English. Look up the lyrics using a website such as http://www.azlyrics.com/. Analyze the lyrics in terms of the poetry elements you learned in Week 4. Your analysis must include:

• discussion of the rhyme scheme used in the song
• identification of literal and/or symbolic imagery

AND at least two of the terms below

• alliteration
• simile or metaphor
• assonance
• slant rhyme

Be sure to provide specific examples from the song's lyrics to support your ideas, and cite them in APA style. Your references list should include both a citation of the song and the website you used to retrieve the lyrics. Remember to treat song lyrics as you would lines of poetry by retaining line breaks in your quotations.
