For bill-tutor: Taget market

Hi my professor came back with additional comments on the paper,

You have a well written paper but it’s missing a lot of key components.  Part of picking a target market is telling me why that target market was picked.  I don’t see any demographic information.  I see information about the target market size, but no references to back-up those numbers.  The target market needed to be translated into potential dollars
