In the identification of the problem faced by veterans living in Montana, I identified one question that continues to be the number one problem:  Why does it take so long to get an appointment within the primary care clinics at Veterans Affairs (VA) medical treatment facility in Helena Montana. I will internal access to unlimted sources as I will be working in the Veterans Affairs regional hospital in my new position with the organization called a Medical Support Assistant.   My inquiry team will consist of the various Medical Support Assistants that deal with the patients appointments, and I will facilitate the interaction with the veterans, to the doctors, to upper management
