Final

You will write a case report about a conflict.  Choose a conflict with which you are familiar (examples may include local political conflicts, conflicts between co-workers, etc.).    Your final paper should be at least 5 pages long and you should follow APA guidelines.

You should describe who was involved in the conflict, what the issues were and how the conflict arose.

Select 5 of the 10 Strategies in the textbook and apply the concepts to the facts and analyze the communication impact for each Strategy.    Provide analysis in your case study as to how to more effectively apply each strategy and project what implications that may have on the conflict and for the communication in the situation your are describing.
