Advance Project Management Paper

The topic of study is LA Metro

OK so this paprt has a few rthings I need done:

First part Portfolio Management Program, I already wrote the rough draft, notes from the teacher are put in blue, please incorporate teachers notes. (2 pages, not including any graphs or charts)

Second Part has not been started.  Resource Utilization PlanTheir are some notes of what the teacher would like to see.

Analyze and plan resource utilization to achieve maximum /optimal capacity utilization I would like to see a table here describing the positions required with descriptions. Things to consider but not limited to – allocation model (effective/evidence based decision-making); measure and manage performance; financial impact; relationship of the input versus the output.  Analyze resources and plan resources.

Third part, i need a power point, 2 slides only, 1 side for each section that outlines the above topics.
