Adapting to Consumer Demand

Managed care has and continues to grow and evolve. This could have only come about because managed care has been able to solve problems and issues that existed before it came on the scene. Share with classmates any issues or problems that consumers face today and one or two new tools, products, or system designs that help meet the demands of these consumers.
