4D1-00-Create A Vision Statement for the Organization - Please comment or make stronger the attached vision statement

 "Leaders help people in the organization develop a clear picture of what it would look and feel like if it were achieving its mission" (page 87). Part of this process might be to create a vision statement for the organization.

For this discussion post, work with your assigned team to develop a vision statement for an organization decided upon by the team. Use the six questions listed in Exercise 3.5 on page 88 of your text as a guide for this process.
