Theme for the paper: If you knew you could not fail, what would you do to change/prevent a topic of violence or victimization (choose one of the topics in the text e.g., school violence, elder abuse, sexual violence, etc.). As part of your demonstration of evidenced-based writing in APA style format, you will be writinga coursepaperonhowyouwouldhelpothersinindividualchanges.InlecturediscussionsduringWeek2 on Victimization Theory, students will gain further instructional specifics including a sample paper and APA Style format samples to facilitate your paper writing. Lecture discussion and handout will focus on how to compose psychological theories, factors, and intervention and/or treatment programs in logical written presentation about individual changes.

Requirements for individual changes paper.

  1. 1)  Your paper must address one of the topics listed in your text using the theme stated above.

  2. 2)  Use evidenced-based research (a minimum of 5 research-based) citations to support your topic (you may use peer-reviewed professional journal articles or the Required Text and Recommended Websites sections in

    the syllabus).

  3. 3)  Your paper should have a running head and pagination.

  4. 4)  Citations must conform to American Psychological Association (APA) Style, 6th Edition standard

    APA website listed in syllabus).

  5. 5)  Points will be deducted for errors in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and APA style.

This paper will be worth 50 points and is due through Turnitin in Moodle for this course by Monday, March 15th, 2016. Exceptions to use of Turnitin should be written email requests submitted by February 2nd, 2016.
