Discussion 4: Assess the CASPSIM Balance Scorecard Results 

Instructions

For this assignment, you are going to examine the Balanced Scorecard for your Capsim company. Write a Board of Director's memorandum highlighting the company’s Balanced Scorecard with a summary table, detailing operational investments (R&D, TQM, HR, Production, and Marketing) and how those investments impacted your results on the four Balanced Scorecard categories of Financial, Internal Business Processes, Customer, and Learning  and Growth.   

The Scorecard itself can be found by clicking on Reports in the left margin and then Debrief Reports. ( SEE ATTACHMENT FOR BALANCED SCORECARD)

· Share your summary of the Balance Scorecard performance in the group discussion.
