1- Why is Static Routing not recommended?

 

There are two types of Dynamic Routing protocols.  Compare and contrast the two.  Which is is more commonly used on Cisco routers? 

2- Static vs. Dynamic IP Addresses

 

Explain the differences.  Why would you use one over the other?  Give scenarios where one is better than the other.

3- Unlimited Lease Time with DHCP

 

Is there a problem with using DHCP but setting up the lease time to "unlimited"?  What is the difference between doing it this way and just using Static IP Addressing?
