There are many theories and “buzz words” about education and online learning including Hybrid, student-centered, project-based, collaborative, informal, authentic, and so on. Based on the course work regarding LMS and the organization you used for your research up to this week:

• Determine the most prominent learning theory or combination of learning theories that helped in your decision making process. Discuss how they relate to synchronous, asynchronous, or hybrid learning. Describe why these modalities do or do not support your organization’s learning goals. Explain your rationale.
• Include at least two (2) examples of such theories to support your response.
