I need assistance with my assignment, the topic I chose from the document attached is Roles and Relationships pg. 6

For this week's entry, read Practical Guidance for Health Care Governing Boards on Compliance Oversight.

After reading the document, select ONE of the topics listed in the table of contents and, in your own words, explain it.  In doing so, be sure to:

(i) state the section you selected, and why;

(ii) summarize the section's advice; and

(iii) explain what impact would have on a company's Compliance Officer.
