Introduction
At times, ethical decision-making can be a challenge for organizations. Often the decision may seem appropriate but can result in a less-than-desirable outcome. Stepping into an ethical gray zone can have a strong effect on an organization’s effectiveness. This discussion will look at a particular ethical issue and its impact on employees.

Initial Post Instructions
For the initial post, address the following

• Do you think it is ethical for employers to track their employees? Why or why not?
• How would you feel if you learned that your activities had been tracked?
• In your opinion, are there acceptable actions that companies could take?
• Are there unacceptable actions that companies should not take?
