What Are Your Thoughts:  If you were asked to reduce your costs by substituting hazardous and toxic chemicals for a non-hazardous alternative to create a product; which lead to a huge savings on the front end with the low cost hazardous products, but on the back end this plan would add to the cost for waste disposal; what would be your recommendation?
