In this journal, you will continue to build your understanding of the DMAIC methodology of quality management by applying the skills and knowledge you have learned in this module to the process you have been exploring throughout the previous modules’ journals. Specifically, you will apply a Lean root cause analysis tool such as the 5 Whys, fishbone diagram, Pareto chart, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), scatter plot diagram, etc.
