Project Plan

I need two things with this paper

a)  Project Scope roughly 2-3 Paragraphs 

b) General Manager Description of what this position is responsible for and provide salary.

I have attached a SAMPLE of what the Project Scope and GM should look like. DO NOT COPY this sample. 

There are only 4 team members.
