Part I. Create a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a wedding. You are looking for one vendor who will provide food, beverages, hotel rooms, a ceremony and reception hall, flowers, cake, music, and anything else you need.  Keep in mind, your vendor may outsource parts of the contract to sub-contractors. Will you allow that for flowers for example?  A brief outline of areas to cover is shared below. Be creative. You are not bound by the below. But do not spend an inordinate amount of time on this either.
