Probability & Statistics ( writing a proposal )

Hello,
I'm studying Probability & Statistics and I have Project to search for a problem and make a statistical research about it and how to solve this problem.
The problem I chose is about student crowed in college campus during breaks according to the similarity of break timing of most of students.
The First step is to write the proposal and I have to submit it by the morning. I only need the proposal for now.
