Prompt 7 | Students continue working on their organization to describe the onboarding and socialization experience they would create for new hires in the position used from the Training and Development PowerPoint  in Canvas.

Prompt 8 | Students use the same job they chose previously and describe the performance management system they would establish to best align the goals of employees in that job with organizational goals and values. Also students create a performance appraisal form for the job and explain why their choice is most appropriate given the goals of the appraisal.
