For this Journal Assignment, let's go back to Chapter 9 and the subject of social and emotional support. How do you believe that this year plus of COVID-19 has impacted older adults? How would you connect older adults for social and emotional support? Have you seen stories about senior centers using social media to connect older adults in the community for exercise or just visiting? Do you believe social media can help older adults who cannot travel to stay connected to friend and family?  (Note: If your major is other than Health Studies, feel free to answer these questions from the perspective of your chosen discipline/path)
