Open Systems Model
Class, Open systems model are those that are active within the constraints of the organization they are focused. Different businesses and industries require different needs that interact within their field. Effective training and changes within organizations require environmental input to determine training needs. These training needs are then developed in to an effective training system designed specifically to meet the organizations goals and objectives. Some types of training tend to be more effective than others. I'm sure many of you have had a number of different types of training, please share some thoughts on the types of training you've experienced. Was it effective? What did you like? What could have been improved?
