Negotiation OOPS!

This is NOT a paper.  This is a DISCUSSION QUESTION for an ONLINE Discussion Thread.  

You are part of a team that submitted a proposal that may land your firm a lucrative contract.  You are in the final stages of negotiation and you reailize that your firm has made a crucial mistake in their proposal.  The mistake will severely limit their ability to deliver the project.  What do you do?

Assignment should be SINGLE SPACED..... No longer than 1.5 pages long.  Times New Roman 11.5 Font / only need as much information as necesary to answer the question.
