Write a positive message informing a customer that they are receiving the refund they requested.  Use the appropriate direct or indirect approach. 

Your message should be written in a professional letter, e-mail, or memo format.  This file should be "ready to print" and should not include extraneous information at the top of the document (your name, my name, class name, etc).
