Review the various types of public organizations including: Independent Executive agencies, Independent Regulatory agencies, Cabinet Departments, Government Corporations, and Presidential Commissions.

What is the role of each of the various types of public organizations? What organizations have the ability to create administrative rules? Review one of the websites below which contains a comprehensive list of proposed regulations. Pick one regulation that seems extreme and one regulation that appears necessary. Explain which regulations you selected and why?
