-Reflect on your experience with our work in class, including asana practice, pranayama, meditation and anatomy. How has your yoga practice continued outside of the class setting – How do you intend to support a self-practice? (1 pts)

-Refer to the course readings to support your reflections. (1 pt)

-Respond to the viewing of one of the yoga documentaries - Name the documentary you viewed. What was your overall impression? What new or different perspectives did the documentary offer to your knowledge of yoga and your practice? (1 pt)
