Resource: The Exercise Files in the "Identifying Project Risks" video

Identify a project that is in the works (or has been completed) for one of your own organizations (or one that can be researched). 

Develop a qualitative 3x3 risk matrix and a risk-response plan for the risks identified.

Identify 4 to 6 risks.

Write a 700- to 1,000-word paper, using a minimum of two peer reviewed sources.
