Your Wicked Problem Journal, Part 2

For this journal, you're asked to continue the process of thinking through what you'll do about your Wicked Problem. For your chosen Wicked Problem, outline the stakeholders (include at least 7-10) and try to list what you think are their perspectives. Why are they stakeholders? Who might have the priority point of view? What specific questions should be asked of your stakeholders, if you had a chance to interview them?

WK 2 Alternative Complexity Readings For those who have had Adaptive Leadership and want to supplement their thinking about systems thinking from the complexity angle, alternative readings on the Cynefin Framework!

Main idea: Leaders make better decisions when they diagnose the context they’re in before choosing how to act. (I.e. when they choose to interact differently at different levels of complexity)
