Journal

General Directions:

The purpose of the leadership journal is to relate your personal  leadership beliefs and values to module readings. Use this journal to  reflect and consider your personal leadership styles, beliefs, and  values.

This journal is informal and will only be read by the instructor. Posts should be 1-3 paragraphs.

Journal Topic:

In this unit, as you are developing your personal leadership style,  delineate your personal and organizational competing values.  Thoughtfully use the course readings and discussions to examine your personal values and determine if your values will conflict with your  leadership style.
