 What are the advantages and disadvantages of using multiple methods for job analysis? Why?

Using a job analysis can help identify what's important and required within a specific job. Using multiple methods can have its advantages and disadvantages. Some of the advantages are all around information on a particular job, reliability on the job analysis process, and allows flexibility within the job analysis process. One big concern are the costs that come with multiple methods, and expanding beyond what the budget is. Another concern would be how much time is consumed to analyze a job in different way, and it can cause confusion to individuals about the job.
