On Tuesday, October 8, 2019, the Supreme Court heard three cases on whether it is legal to fire workers because of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

1. What are the three cases? (3 points)

2. Briefly summarize each case (3 points)

3. What are thoughts on each case? (3 points)

4. Do you think we need new law(s), or are these cases already covered under the Title VII? (1 point)
