Help with Sampling Distribution

Please don't accept if you can't be finish in 15 hrs.  I need help with problem 15, 17, and 20. The following is added to problem 20. 

c. What is the probability that a simple random sample of 50 unemployed individuals will provide a sample mean within 1/2 week of the population mean.
